目的提高手术室耗材管理绩效。方法将手术耗材按病种分类进行标准化配置与仓储式动态管理。结果 2004年以来手术量每年递增20%,耗材领用比呈下降趋势,无一例高值耗材多收、漏收费现象发生;手术间无高值耗材随意放置、无一般耗材非基数存放或积压致过期情况;耗材取用耗时1~2 s。结论手术室耗材的标准化配置与管理流程有利于提高工效,降低成本,提高了护理管理水平和护理服务品质。
Objective To improve the operating room consumables management performance. Methods The surgical consumables were classified and standardized according to the types of diseases, and warehouse-based dynamic management. Results The amount of operation increased by 20% every year since 2004, and the consumptive material cost ratio showed a downward trend. No high-value consumable materials were overcharged and leakage charges occurred. No high-value consumables were randomly placed in the operating room, and non-cardinal consumables were not stored or repackaged Outdated situation; consumables access time-consuming 1 ~ 2 s. Conclusion The standardized configuration and management of operating room consumables are helpful to improve work efficiency, reduce costs and improve nursing management and nursing service quality.
