利用超声波联合稀碱液对原料花生壳进行预处理,制备了复合不同钕摩尔含量的稀土固体超强酸S2O82-/ZrO2-Nd2O3,研究了其在花生壳水解制备乙酰丙酸反应中的催化作用。实验发现钕含量为5%的固体酸催化性能最佳。在单因素实验基础上,选取水解温度、水解时间、固体酸用量为考察因素,采用响应面分析法确定了最优水解工艺条件为水解温度230℃、水解时间35min、固体酸用量6.3%,在此条件下乙酰丙酸产率为32.17%。
The rare earth solid superacid S2O82- / ZrO2-Nd2O3 complexed with different neodymium molar content was prepared by pretreatment of raw peanut shells by ultrasonic combined with dilute lye. The catalytic action of the rare earth solid superacid S2O82- / ZrO2-Nd2O3 in levulinic acid hydrolysis was studied. Experiments found that the solid content of 5% neodymium catalytic performance of the best. On the basis of single factor experiments, the hydrolysis temperature, the hydrolysis time and the amount of solid acid were selected as the investigation factors. The optimum hydrolysis conditions were determined as 230 ℃, 35min and 6.3% Levulinic acid yield was 32.17% under this condition.
