When the car just came out, some people would say, “I want a faster horse.” Likewise, when steam engines were used on ships, some would try to improve sailing to catch up with steamships. These two examples tell us that what we used to be used to is often outdated or even wrong in the new reality. Innovative carrier needs people, if we ignore the innovative carrier, just think of using technology to innovate, then all the problems will be pressed on the manager of a person. We now manage the staff, colleagues are not 60, 70 or even 80 after those employees, we must use new ideas, from a new perspective to observe them, understand them, motivate them. Innovation is not only the responsibility of a few managers and core employees, it should be the common mission of all the members of the organization.
