我们尚集电管所现有7名职工,辖区内共有10kV高压线路72.9公里,低压线路95.6公里,管辖着144台变压器,总容量达10130千伏安,担负着全镇4万多口人生产、生活和大小二百多家工副业生产的用电任务,年用电量占全县的1/9,是全县的用电大户。 一、以身作则,强化管理 常言说:“人有过必先自省,己不正焉能正人”。要求职工作到的,我首先作到。比如在考勤制度方面,我每天提前半个小时到岗,先整理办公室,而后打扫电管所大院,待同志们陆续到岗后,我已把室内室外打扫得干干净净。职工们看在眼里,记在心上,也都自觉地早上班晚下班,出满勤,干满点。几年来,没有一名职工无故缺勤,在职工队伍里形成了自觉遵守纪律的良好风尚。 为了加强管理,强化职工队伍建设,10多年来,每年年初,我都要邀请乡镇企业、村组干部和群众代表,来到所里进行“开门评所”,让群众对我们的工作面对面的提意见,找差距,并提出改正措施。比如1993年在
