目的观察应用提上睑肌缩短术在治疗先天性上睑下垂的疗效。方法对23例(35眼)先天性上睑下垂患者采用经皮肤入路提上睑肌缩短术。术后进行随访观察。结果本组23例(35眼)随访1.5月～24个月,除3例出现矫正不足外,其余矫正效果良好。结论提上睑肌缩短术治疗先天性上睑下垂可达到良好的矫正效果。
Objective To observe the curative effect of using levator muscle shortening in the treatment of congenital blepharoptosis. Methods Twenty - three patients (35 eyes) with congenital ptosis underwent transdermal approach to levator muscle shortening. Postoperative follow-up observation. Results The group of 23 cases (35 eyes) were followed up from 1.5 months to 24 months, with the exception of 3 cases of inadequate correction, the rest of the correction effect is good. Conclusions Levator muscle shortening treatment of congenital blepharoptosis can achieve good correction effect.
