目的探讨自粘结树脂水门汀对不同表面处理的人牙本质的粘结效果。方法将24个人牙本质试件随机分为3组,分别施以不同表面的处理(A组不处理;B组磷酸酸蚀10s;C组磷酸酸蚀10s+One-step粘结剂)。使用Biscem双固化树脂水门汀制作牙本质/树脂水门汀粘结试件,测试剪切粘结强度,扫描电镜观察粘结界面形态。结果 A组试件的粘结强度值为6.13±1.11MPa,B组为6.53±1.12MPa,C组为9.46±0.52MPa。C组的粘结强度值最高,A组和B组的粘结强度值无统计学差别。结论是否用磷酸酸蚀牙本质对Biscem自粘结树脂水门汀的粘结强度没有影响,但磷酸酸蚀结合应用One-step粘结剂进行牙本质表面处理能够提高Biscem树脂水门汀的粘结强度。
Objective To investigate the bonding effect of self-bonding resin cement on human dentin with different surface treatments. Methods Twenty-four human dentin specimens were randomly divided into three groups and treated with different surfaces (group A, group B, acid etching for 10s, group C, acid etching 10s + One-step binder). Dentin / resin cement bonding specimens were made using Biscem dual-cure resin cement, shear bond strength was tested, and the morphology of the bond interface was observed by scanning electron microscopy. Results The bond strength of group A was 6.13 ± 1.11MPa, group B was 6.53 ± 1.12MPa and group C was 9.46 ± 0.52MPa. Group C had the highest bond strength, and there was no significant difference in the bond strength between group A and group B. Conclusions It is concluded that using phosphate to etch dentin has no effect on the bond strength of Biscem self-adhesive resin cements. However, the combination of phosphate acid etching and one-step adhesive for dentin surface treatment can improve the bond strength of Biscem resin cements.
