目的探讨在急诊护理中运用五常法对护理质量的影响。方法选取2013年3月~2015年10月我院急诊科就诊的患者130例作为研究对象,其中65例给予常规护理,作为对照组;另外65例给予五常法护理管理措施,作为研究组,记录两组患者满意度和急诊不良事件发生率。结果研究组患者满意度为98.46%,明显高于对照组的70.77%;研究组急诊不良事件发生率为7.69%,明显低于对照组的24.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用五常法对急诊护理进行管理能够有效地提升患者的满意度,同时降低急诊不良事件的发生率,保障患者的健康。
Objective To explore the impact of applying five methods on nursing quality in emergency nursing. Methods From March 2013 to October 2015, 130 cases of emergency department in our hospital were selected as the research object, of which 65 cases were given routine nursing care as control group; another 65 cases were given five-step nursing care management measures, as a research group, record Two groups of patients satisfaction and emergency incidence of emergency. Results The satisfaction rate of the study group was 98.46%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.77%). The incidence of emergency group was 7.69% in the study group, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (24.62%, P <0.05). Conclusions The management of emergency nursing using the five regular methods can effectively improve patient satisfaction, reduce the incidence of emergency events and protect the health of patients.
