基于Cr(Ⅵ)对Sb(Ⅲ)的氧化和Cr(Ⅵ)与二苯卡巴肼之间的显色反应,可以吸光光度法间接测定微量Sb(Ⅲ)。本文报道了定量的Cr(Ⅶ)氧化As(Ⅲ)后,剩余的Cr(Ⅵ)在一定的试验条件下,在表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲胺(即CTMAB)存在下,与溴邻苯三酚红(即BPR)形成有色多元络合物,借此间接测定微量As(Ⅲ)。As(Ⅲ)的含量范围在0~0.7μg·ml~(-1)内遵守比耳定律。通过对环境样品的分析,证明方法准确,有应用价值。
Based on the oxidation of Sb (Ⅲ) by Cr (Ⅵ) and the chromogenic reaction between Cr (Ⅵ) and diphenylcarbazide, trace Sb (Ⅲ) can be indirectly measured by spectrophotometry. In this paper, after Cr (Ⅶ) is oxidized by As (Ⅲ), the remaining Cr (Ⅵ) is reacted with bromine under the certain experimental conditions in the presence of the surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide Pyrogallol red (ie, BPR) forms a colored multivariate complex by indirect measurement of trace As (III). Beer ’s law is obeyed as the content of As (Ⅲ) in the range of 0 ~ 0.7μg · ml ~ (-1). Through the analysis of environmental samples, to prove that the method is accurate and has application value.
