目的:探讨黄瓜香对肝纤维化大鼠肝组织Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原及生长转化因子β1(TGF-β1)表达的影响。方法:将48只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、生理盐水组和黄瓜香干预组,全自动生化分析仪检测ALT、AST、ALP,HE染色显示肝的显微结构,SABC法免疫组织学染色显示Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原及TGF-β1。结果:与模型组和生理盐水组比较,黄瓜香组ALT、AST、ALP含量均明显降低(P<0.01);黄瓜香组肝小叶结构较正常,少数见纤细的纤维间隔,有少量炎性细胞浸润;模型组、正常对照和黄瓜香干预组Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原及TGF-β1表达的平均灰度值比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:黄瓜香提取物可明显减少纤维化组织面积,其在肝纤维化治疗方面有一定的开发价值。
Objective: To investigate the effects of cucumber incense on the expression of type Ⅰ collagen and transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1) in hepatic fibrosis rats. Methods: Forty-eight rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, normal saline group and cucumber group. ALT, AST and ALP were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer. Liver microstructure was observed by HE staining. SABC immunization Histological staining showed type I, type III collagen and TGF-β1. Results: The contents of ALT, AST and ALP in cucumber group were significantly lower than those in model group and saline group (P <0.01). The structure of hepatic lobule in cucumber group was more normal than that in normal group. A few of them showed fine fibrous septa and few inflammatory cells (P <0.01). There was significant difference in the average gray value of the expression of type Ⅰ, type Ⅲ collagen and TGF-β1 in the model group, the normal control group and the cucumber fragrant intervention group. Conclusion: Cucumber extract can significantly reduce the area of fibrosis, which has certain value in the treatment of liver fibrosis.
