为了提高行星轮系的效率,应先找出影响效率的主要因素。本文分析了两种行星轮系的受力情况,建立了一个新的效率式,根据这一式可以得出效率与轮系结构参数之间的关系。轮系中双联行星轮的节圆半径差以及系杆中心距是两个重要的参数,适当选择这两个参数可以大大提高轮系的效率,并有可能决定最佳轮系结构。由于行星轮系的本质可以用等效的杠杆来表示,因此通过比较轮系的效率和一个简单杠杆的效率能很容易地解释上述结论。
In order to improve the efficiency of the planetary gear train, you should first identify the main factors that affect the efficiency. In this paper, the forces of two planetary gear trains are analyzed and a new efficiency formula is established. According to this formula, the relationship between the efficiency and the structural parameters of the wheel train can be obtained. The pitch circle radius difference of twin planet wheels in the gear train and the center distance of the tie rod are two important parameters. Appropriate selection of these two parameters can greatly improve the efficiency of the gear train and may determine the best gear train structure. Since the nature of a planetary gear train can be represented by an equivalent lever, the above conclusion can easily be explained by comparing the efficiency of the train wheel and the efficiency of a simple lever.
