应用超高速钢滚刀实体滚切经调质处理后的中硬齿面齿轮,以取代齿面高频淬火和磨齿工艺,不仅在技术上是可行的,而且还能降低加工费用。目前,这项新工艺已在石油部江汉油田钻采机修厂正式投产使用。滚切石油机械用减速器中的传动齿轮,其法面模数m_n=7,螺旋角β=22°30′且分为左、右旋向,齿数z=117。材料采用合金钢42CrMo或35CrMo制成,调质处理后硬度达HB320~390。齿轮精度为JB179 8-7-7D_b,齿面光洁度为▽ 5。根据加工要求,齿坯应先按上述硬度热处理,再滚齿。
