塑料微孔滤管和滤板在七十年代已用于医药、矿选、电镀、棉纺、人造纤维、冶炼等厂矿的综合利用与废水处理。由于滤管堵塞后冲洗不干净,影响其推广应用。为了解决冲洗问题,我们研制了一种具有微弹性的塑料微孔滤管。经试验证实,该弹性滤管堵塞后,微孔道内截留的污物基本上能被冲洗干净。为微孔滤管的推广应用创造了有利条件。
Plastic microporous filter tubes and filter plates have been used for the comprehensive utilization and wastewater treatment of factories, mines, electroplating, cotton spinning, man-made fibers, smelting, etc. in the 1970s. Because the filter tube is not clean after clogging, its popularization and application are affected. In order to solve the flushing problem, we have developed a micro-elastic plastic microporous filter tube. It has been experimentally confirmed that after the elastic filter tube is clogged, the contaminants trapped in the microchannel can be substantially flushed. It has created favorable conditions for the popularization and application of microporous filter tubes.
