作者用波长1.63μm、输出功率10mW的N-38氦氖激光器进行治疗。照射野能量为1~2J/cm~2,照射2~3分钟。激光器的射线沿800μm直径的柔软单纤维(用聚乙烯薄膜保护的石英聚合物)经导管或穿刺针导入蝶窦照射粘膜。综合保守疗法系在持续引流的基础上,除腔内激光治疗外,还附加蝶窦冲洗和充氧疗法,每天2~3次。共治疗蝶窦炎54例,女35例,男19例,年龄15~65岁。其中急性化脓性炎症14例,急性卡他性炎症13例,慢性化脓性炎症15例,慢性增生性炎症5例,慢性脓性息肉性炎症7例。根据患者主观感觉、鼻咽镜检查、X线相和蝶窦冲洗液中病理分泌物消失情况来判定疗效。另外还做了鼻粘膜印迹涂片细
