高速水流情报网“枢纽布置与消能防冲”专题第三次情报交流会于1984年12月3日至7日在汉口召开,参加会议的单位有部属各科研院(所)、各设计院及科研所、一些省属设计院和一些大专院校共48个,代表共82名,在会议上交流的资料共74份,录相带6份,内容涉及工程设计的试验研究,工程运行经验总结以及专题研究成果等等。会议还安排了赴英、美、苏、西德四个考察报告和三峡工程设计情况介绍。 在泄水建筑物的布置方面,大家最关心的问题有:(1)适应各种狭谷河床具体条件的枢纽布置形式;(2)枢纽下游河床的消能防冲;(3)下游回流对岸坡的掏刷和岸坡的稳定问题;(4)泄洪水雾及泄洪过程中抬高尾水位对电厂运行的影响;(5)泄洪对航运的影响等。
