由中国水利水电工程总公司、水利水电规划设计总院、水力发电工程学会施工机械化及施工管理专业委员会施工机械学组共同主持,于1991年10月10~13日在福建水口电站工地召开了混凝土预冷工艺技术交流研讨会。参加会议的有从事该项技术研究、设计、设备制造、冷系统建设及运行管理的44个单位,88位代表。会议期间,与会代表本着百花齐放、推陈出新、取长补短、共同进步的精神进行了广泛深入的交流和研讨,并参观了水口工程施工现场和二期混凝土系统。通过交流和研讨,代表们一致认为混凝土预冷工艺技术是水利水电工程大体积混凝土施工中直接影响工程质量、工期和造价的关键技术。到会代表都感到收获很大,并认为这次交流研讨会是成功的、及时的,必将推动这项技术的进一步发展。
Co-chaired by China Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering Corporation, Water Resources and Hydropower Planning and Design Institute, Construction Mechanization of Construction Mechanization and Construction Management Committee of Hydroelectric Engineering Society, Construction Machinery Group convened in Fujian Shuikou Hydropower Station from October 10 to October 1991. Pre-cooling process technology exchange seminar. Attending the meeting were 44 units and 88 representatives engaged in the technical research, design, equipment manufacturing, cold system construction and operation management. During the meeting, delegates made extensive and in-depth exchanges and discussions in the spirit of letting a hundred flowers blossom, innovation, learning from each other, and common progress, and visited the construction site of Shui Hau and Phase II concrete system. Through exchanges and discussions, representatives unanimously agreed that the pre-cooling technology of concrete is a key technology that directly affects the project quality, construction period and cost in mass concrete construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects. The delegates all felt great achievements and believed that this seminar was successful and timely and will surely promote the further development of this technology.
