随着市场经济体制的逐步完善及人本主义管理理念的确立,人力资源管理的内涵不断扩大、功能不断拓展,客观上要求企业突破传统的“人事”职能定位,从一种维持型和辅助型的管理职能上升为具有战略意义的管理职能。本文拟从分析现代人力资源管理的特点入手,就其在新形势下的职能定位及其体制保障作初步探讨。
