目的探讨过敏性鼻炎患者血清中Treg细胞含量及炎症因子水平与患者病情严重程度的关系。方法收集2015年6月-2016年6月在本院确诊为过敏性鼻炎的120例患者为观察组,进行症状评分,并以同期健康体检者60例作为对照组。检测2组患者血清中Treg细胞含量,并采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清中C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平,分析探讨炎症因子及Treg细胞与过敏性鼻炎症状评分的关系。结果观察组Treg细胞含量明显低于对照组,而Th17细胞和Th17/Treg细胞均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组CRP、IL-8和TNF-α含量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。鼻炎患者症状评分与患者Treg细胞含量呈负相关,与Th17、Th17/Treg呈正相关,与CRP、IL-8、TNF-α呈正相关(r值分别为-0.47、0.61、0.57、0.64、0.73、0.64,P<0.05)。结论过敏性鼻炎患者血清Treg细胞和炎症因子水平与患者临床症状密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum Treg cells and inflammatory cytokines in patients with allergic rhinitis and the severity of the disease. Methods 120 patients diagnosed as allergic rhinitis in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the observation group, and the symptom scores were obtained. Sixty healthy subjects were selected as the control group. The levels of Treg cells in serum of two groups were detected and the levels of C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-10 (IL-10) and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF- α) levels were analyzed to explore the relationship between inflammatory factors and Treg cells and allergic rhinitis symptom score. Results The content of Treg cells in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group, but Th17 cells and Th17 / Treg cells were higher than those in control group (P <0.05). The levels of CRP, IL-8 and TNF-α in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Symptoms scores of rhinitis patients were negatively correlated with Treg cell content, positively correlated with Th17 and Th17 / Tregs, and positively correlated with CRP, IL-8 and TNF-α (r = -0.47,0.61,0.57,0.64,0.73, 0.64, P <0.05). Conclusion Serum Treg cells and inflammatory cytokines levels in patients with allergic rhinitis are closely related to clinical symptoms.
