信息技术教师在平常教育教学、电脑维修、软件应用等方面都会遇到一些问题和困惑,需要同伴交流讨论来取长补短,来启迪教师智慧。然而信息技术是小学科,一所学校从事该学科教学的人员相对较少,校本教研几乎成为了“空中楼阁”。针对以上现状,我县开展了信息技术教师同伴互助式研修的探索与实践,通过建立片区协作联盟、建立QQ群交流群体、建立博客展示空间等平台,有力地促进了信息技术教师的专业技术和教学水平。
Information technology teachers will encounter some problems and confusion in the usual education and teaching, computer maintenance, software applications and other aspects, need peer exchange and discussion to learn from each other to inspire teachers’ wisdom. However, the information technology is a small subject, a school engaged in the teaching of the subject is relatively small, school-based teaching and research has almost become a “castle in the air.” In view of the above status quo, our county to carry out the exploration and practice of information technology teachers and peer mutual training, through the establishment of Area Collaboration Alliance, the establishment of QQ group communication groups, the establishment of blog display space and other platforms, effectively promoted the information technology teachers’ professional skills and teaching ability.
