中国石油化工集团公司的石油和天然气等内部的施工建设逐渐完善,公司的业务不断进行拓展,内部也在不断进行重组,延伸出许多子公司,子公司的总数已经达到159家。随着不同行业的子公司成立,许多子公司自行开设了相应的培训管理中心,并自行进行企业干部及员工的培训工作,这给专业的培训机构带来了一定的影响。本文针对如何开拓油田干部培训市场进行阐述。
