我厂生产的金田牌NJ50摩托车发动机变速器操纵机构和日本铃木、雅马哈、本田等摩托车的结构相似.采用了具有凸轮曲线槽的变档凸轮轴.脚踏变速踏板时,变速杠杆转动,通过换档钩推动变档凸轮轴转动,从而使拨叉作轴向移动带动齿轮实现换档.该机构与国内一般摩托车变速器操纵机构相比有如下特点:(1)可靠性好,不易跳档、乱档;(2)操纵轻便;(3)变档凸轮轴、拨叉等刚性好,坚固耐用;(4)结构紧凑.下面对该机构作一分析和计算.
