动态响应对很多液压控制系统来说是一项重要的品质指标。本文指出,功率流模型建立法,特别是功率键合图法的最新发展,为液压控制系统的设计-分析人员提供了一种在他设计拟用系统时研究动态性能的特别得要领的方法。本文把键合图模型建立法及嗣后对模型的数字模拟用于一个为特定任务拟定的液压系统。给出了预测的响应及嗣后实测的响应,进行了对比和讨论。预测中仅用了一般能得到的数据和参数估算法。
Dynamic response is an important quality indicator for many hydraulic control systems. This paper points out that the latest development of the power flow modeling method, especially the power-bond graph method, provides the design-analyst of hydraulic control system with a special method to study dynamic performance when designing the proposed system. In this paper, the bond graph modeling method and subsequent numerical simulation of the model are applied to a hydraulic system developed for a specific task. The predicted response and the subsequent measured response are given, and compared and discussed. Only the generally available data and parameter estimates are used in the forecast.
