本文在圆锥滚子的润滑中考虑力矩平衡,分析了载荷偏置对圆锥滚子弹流润滑性能的影响,给出了载荷偏置量与滚子位置角的规律曲线,讨论了不同端部修形圆角和速度参数对接触区压力和膜厚的影响.结果表明:载荷偏置使滚子一端翘起,从而出现滚子一端承载现象,此时润滑状况较差,极易出现润滑失效从而引起滚子偏磨,降低使用寿命;其次,载荷偏向大端的润滑要优于载荷偏向小端的润滑,而且总载荷作用点偏向大端的某一位置时,圆锥滚子的润滑处于最佳状态;第三,在本文参数范围内,当载荷偏置时,修形圆角和速度参数越大,圆锥滚子的润滑状况就越好.
