目的建立复方益母草胶囊中盐酸水苏碱的HPLC含量测定方法。方法高效液相色谱法,采用Agilent ZORBAXNH2(4.6mm×250mm,5m)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(83∶17),流速为1.0mL.min-1,采用蒸发光散射检测器检测,对数法计算含量。结果盐酸水苏碱对照品线性范围为5.32～15.96 g,r=0.999;平均回收率为98.66%,RSD为1.9%(n=9)。结论本方法快速、简便、重复性好、专属性强且准确度高。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of stachydrine in Fufang Yimucao Capsule. Methods High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on an Agilent ZORBAXNH2 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 m) column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (83:17) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL.min-1 using an evaporative light scattering detector. Logarithmic method to calculate the content. Results Stachydrine hydrochloride reference standard linear range of 5.32 ~ 15.96 g, r = 0.999; average recovery was 98.66%, RSD was 1.9% (n = 9). Conclusion This method is rapid, simple, reproducible, highly specific and accurate.
