学习型组织理论作为当今世界最前沿的管理理论,它的最基本的要求是掌握五项技能,也就是进行五项修炼。即:自我超越、改善心智模式、建立共同愿景、团队学习和系统思考。它的理论内涵与思想政治工作是基本相通的。因此笔者认为,创建学习型企业是思想政治工作优良传统在新形势下一种新的实现形式。 Learning Organization Theory as the most advanced management theory in the world today, its most basic requirement is to master the five skills, that is, five practices. That is: self-transcendence, improved mental model, the establishment of a common vision, team learning and system thinking. Its theoretical connotation and ideological and political work are basically the same. Therefore, I believe that creating a learning-oriented enterprise is a new form of realization of the fine tradition of ideological and political work in the new situation.
