在中等职业学校的普通车床竞赛训练与实习时,加工外圆锥时,由于车床小滑板存在间隙而难以保证角度精度,所以,探索出一种新方法以提高其精度:根据其加工特点和百分表的工作原理,用实际经验以及计算与测量的数据加以修正间隙,得到正确的角度,从而符合图纸要求;也可以运用这些容易掌握的方法和简单的计算,尽可能减少机床的间隙。
