通过田间试验,研究了烤烟生长旺长期和成熟期喷施有机酸对烤后烟叶特征值、类胡萝卜素及其降解产物的影响.试验共设5个有机酸处理,分别为处理1(CK,喷施清水),处理2(喷施柠檬酸),处理3(喷施柠檬酸+檬酸钠),处理4(喷施苹果酸),处理5(喷施苹果酸+苹果酸钠).结果表明:喷施有机酸可提高烟叶的蛋白质、总氮和烟碱含量,而总糖、还原糖、钾含量则有所减低,其中处理5烟叶总糖和还原糖含量要高于处理3;处理3和处理5烟叶颜色量化参数指标中的黄蓝轴色品指数饱和度、明度,类胡萝卜素及其降解产物和香味物质总量均高于其他处理.综合分析认为,当有机酸和有机酸盐一起喷施时,烤后烟叶特征值、类胡萝卜素及其降解产物和香味物质总量要高于单施有机酸处理.
A field experiment was conducted to study the effect of spraying organic acids on the characteristic value, carotenoids and their degradation products of flue-cured tobacco leaves after flue-cured tobacco growing in the long and mature phases.A total of 5 organic acids were treated in the experiment, (Sprayed with citric acid), treatment 3 (sprayed with citric acid + sodium citrate), treatment 4 (sprayed with malic acid), treatment 5 (sprayed with malic acid + sodium malate) Results The results showed that spraying organic acids could increase the content of protein, total nitrogen and nicotine in tobacco leaves, while the content of total sugar, reducing sugar and potassium decreased, and the content of total sugar and reducing sugar in tobacco leaf 5 was higher than that of treatment 3; 3, and 5 The index of saturation, lightness, carotenoids and their degradation products and the total amount of aroma substances of yellow-blue shades were all higher than those of other treatments in the indexes of quantitative analysis of tobacco leaf color.A comprehensive analysis showed that when organic acids and organic acids Salt spray together, the roasted leaf characteristics, carotenoids and their degradation products and the total amount of aroma substances than single organic acid treatment.
