城市交通拥挤严重影响城市居民生活及城市经济发展,制约城市功能的实现。本文运用经济学的基本理论对城市交通拥挤产生的机理进行剖析,从微观经济学的角度分析了道路交通设施作为准公共物品导致拥挤的必然性。并进一步按照经济学思路,从交通供给和需求两方面着手,对各种缓解交通拥挤的措施进行分析,最终得到适合中国治理交通拥挤的措施。
Urban traffic congestion seriously affects the lives of urban residents and urban economic development, restricting the realization of urban functions. This paper uses the basic theory of economics to analyze the mechanism of urban traffic congestion and analyzes the inevitability of road traffic facilities as a quasi-public goods leading to congestion from the perspective of microeconomics. Furthermore, according to the economic train of thought, from the perspective of economic supply and demand, the various measures to ease traffic congestion are analyzed and finally the measures suitable for China to control traffic congestion are obtained.
