用Howel法从二阶海面回波多普勒谱反演出有效浪高及浪高谱峰值频率后,根据SMB算法或JONSWAP算法计算风速,同时采用雷达多波束采样法由一阶回波多普勒谱确定唯一合理的风向,从而得到完整的海面风场信息.并利用该方法对模拟的海面回波多普勒谱进行反演实验,结果表明该方法是正确可行的,且SMB算法优于JONSWAP算法.
Using Howel method, the effective wave height and wave height peak frequency were retrieved from the second-order sea echo Doppler spectrum, and the wind speed was calculated by SMB algorithm or JONSWAP algorithm. The first-order echo Doppler spectrum was used to determine the wind speed by using radar multi-beam sampling method The only reasonable direction to get the complete sea surface information. The method is applied to the inversion of the simulated sea echo Doppler spectrum. The results show that this method is correct and feasible, and the SMB algorithm is better than the JONSWAP algorithm.
