事业单位是指由政府利用国有资产设立的,从事教育、科技、文化、卫生等活动的社会服务组织,其主要职责是为国民经济和社会各方面提供服务,可以改善社会的生产条件,增进社会福利,满足广大人民群众的物质文化生活需要,因此,事业单位对于社会发展有其重要意义。而人力资源作为事业单位的重要组成之一,应紧跟时代的发展,结合信息化管理的方式,为事业单位建设中的人员发展提供保障。基于此,笔者就当前事业单位人力资源的信息化管理进行分析,以期给相关人员提供一些有价值的参考意见。
Institutions refer to social service organizations set up by the government to use state-owned assets to engage in activities such as education, science and technology, culture and health. Their main duties are to provide services to the national economy and various social sectors, to improve social conditions of production and to promote social Welfare, to meet the material and cultural needs of the broad masses of people, therefore, institutions of great significance for social development. As one of the important components of public institutions, human resources should closely follow the development of the times and combine information management methods to provide security for the development of personnel in public institutions. Based on this, the author analyzes the current information management of human resources in order to provide relevant personnel with some valuable reference.
