针对传统上用水萃取分离丙酮—乙酸乙酯过程中存在选择性不高、分离效果不好等问题,研究了把盐和分散剂加入水中形成的复合萃取剂对体系的萃取分离效果的影响。结果表明,复合萃取剂可以使对丙酮的选择性系数从原来的3.84提高到5.0×103。文中还研究萃取工艺参数的变化对萃取效果的影响,并提出用精馏—萃取方法分离体系。经初步热量衡算表明,该方法可比传统法节省约30%的能耗。
Aiming at the problems of low selectivity and poor separation effect in the traditional process of water extraction and separation of acetone-ethyl acetate, the effects of adding salt and dispersant into water on the extraction and separation of the system were studied. The results show that the composite extractant can make the selectivity coefficient of acetone increased from 3.84 to 5.0 × 103. The paper also studied the extraction process parameters of the extraction effect, and proposed distillation - extraction method to separate the system. The initial heat balance shows that this method can save about 30% energy consumption compared with the traditional method.
