分析升船机检测系统中存在的噪声,从噪声的产生、传递特性入手,提出有针对性的应对措施,如以信号输入电缆的屏蔽,选用高共模输入比的运放、减小测量带宽、增加高频去耦电容、电路板信号分区布局等。通过这些措施,最大限度降低噪声对检测信号的影响,以提高升船机检测系统的可靠性、稳定性、精度。
This paper analyzes the noise existing in the detection system of ship lift, and starts with the characteristics of noise generation and transmission, and puts forward some countermeasures, such as shielding the signal input cable, selecting op amp with high common-mode input ratio and reducing measurement bandwidth , Increase high-frequency decoupling capacitors, circuit board signal layout and so on. Through these measures, the influence of noise on the detection signal is minimized so as to improve the reliability, stability and accuracy of the ship lift detection system.
