企业文化外化体现出一个企业的中心价值和经营理念。强化企业文化的管理与建设有利于提升企业的凝聚力,进一步保证了企业的经济利益。在高速公路运营企业中推行企业文化在提高自身竞争力和可持续发展方面发挥了重要作用。本文主要分析了企业文化对高速运营企业发展的重要性,高速公路运营企业文化建设工作现状,加强建设高速公路运营企业文化的对策。
Corporate culture embodies the center of a business value and business philosophy. Strengthening the management and construction of corporate culture is conducive to enhancing the cohesion of enterprises and further ensuring the economic interests of enterprises. Promoting corporate culture in highway operators plays an important role in enhancing their competitiveness and sustainable development. This article mainly analyzes the importance of corporate culture to the development of high-speed operation enterprises, the status quo of the construction of corporate culture in expressway operation, and the countermeasures to build the expressway operation corporate culture.
