甲基苯并咪唑氦基甲酸酯(MBC)又名多菌灵已广泛地应用于果类、蔬菜、麦、棉等真菌疾病的防治。本文研究了MBC对狗的肝、肾和造血系统的可能毒性。对象为印度杂种狗,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组六只,雌雄各半。每天按剂量20、40、80 mg/kg,经口染毒13周,观察体征和死亡情况,并进行血相、血液生化检查、器官重量和病理组织学片检查。结果表明,试验组与对照组动物均未出现中毒症状。体重亦无显著影响。血相、尿液检查未发现异常。对ChE无抑制作用。血清AKP两组无显著性差异。SGOT活性随MBC剂量
Methylbenzimidazole (MBC), also known as carbendazim has been widely used in fruit, vegetable, wheat, cotton and other fungal diseases prevention and treatment. This article examines the possible toxicity of MBC to the liver, kidney and hematopoietic system in dogs. The subjects were Indian mongrel dogs, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, six in each group, male and female. The rats were treated with 20, 40 and 80 mg / kg daily for 13 weeks. The signs and deaths were observed. The blood and blood biochemical tests, organ weights and histopathological examination were performed. The results showed that the test group and the control group animals showed no symptoms of poisoning. Weight also had no significant effect. Blood, urine examination found no abnormalities.
