我们河北省安装工程公司推行承包经营责任制10年来,逐步形成了多层次、全方位、纵向到底、横向到边、上下衔接、纵横相连、包经济效益和保管理工作指标的承包经营责任制,积累了一些经验,取得明显的效果。自1984年以夹完成总产值平均年递增21.2％,实现利润平均年递增9.2％。但现行的承包制还不够完善,一些深层次的问题仍得不到很好的解决。
