目的:建立芍桂散寒颗粒中桂皮醛含量的测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为岛津Wonda Cract ODS2-C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(32∶68);检测波长为290nm;流速为1.0m L/min;柱温为30℃。结果:桂皮醛进样量在0.8476~42.38μg(r=0.9999)范围内具有良好的线性相关性;平均加样回收率为101.17%,RSD%为1.10%(n=6)。结论:本方法准确简单,可操作性高,重复性较好,可以用于芍桂散寒颗粒中桂皮醛含量的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of cinnamic aldehyde in Shaogui Sanxiong Granule. Methods: The HPLC method was performed on a Shimadzu Wonda Cract ODS2-C18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (32:68), a detection wavelength of 290 nm, a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min; column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: Cinnamaldehyde had a good linear correlation in the range of 0.8476 ~ 42.38μg (r = 0.9999). The average recovery was 101.17% with RSD% of 1.10% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is accurate, simple, highly operable and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of cinnamaldehyde in Shaogui Sanxiong granules.
