近年来多用软射线和偏光显微镜等方法检查人工龋,其缺点是必需使用贵重仪器,所以不够方便,因此,必需寻找一种简单而精确的方法。 我们应用银染法,将人工龋的牙齿放人AgNO_3溶液中片刻,Ag~+可渗人病变的脱矿区,被福尔马林还原成黑色银颗粒。 在实验中,观察了脱矿1、2、3、4、8、24小时和4、10、30天的人工龋,发现Ag~+渗入釉质的表层下脱矿的柱间质中,在Ag颗粒周围呈黄色或褐色,此法比软射线法更为清楚。
