作者测定了8名置Cu-IUD有正常月经周期妇女宫内膜的雌二醇-17β-脱氢酶(E_2DH)活性,研究对象年龄为19~37岁,置Cu-IUD8~33个月,刮宫术大部分在黄体中期进行,有2个标本则在增殖期取材,所有标本除部分作常规切片供组织学计算日期,其余冰冻保存,按以前方法测定E_2DH活性,其活性以每小时每毫克蛋白形成的雌酮毫微克分子数(E_1n mol/mg蛋白/h)表示。并同时确定Cu~(++)浓度对内膜E_2DH活性的影响。结果表明,置Cu-IUD妇女分泌期内膜的E_2-DH活性为13±8E_1n mol/mg蛋白/h(7~27n
The authors measured the activity of estradiol-17β-dehydrogenase (E_2DH) in 8 endometrial tissues of women with Cu-IUD normal menstrual cycle. The subjects were aged 19-37 years with Cu-IUD 8-33 months, Most of the curets were performed in the middle of the corpus luteum. Two specimens were obtained during the proliferative phase.
