Objective To understand the relationship between the incidence of allergic diseases and early life factors in medical students and provide references for the early prevention of allergic diseases. Methods A total of 2,042 first to third graders from Wenzhou Medical College in 2009 were recruited. Retrospective questionnaires were used to investigate the incidence of family history and the incidence of allergic diseases at birth. Binary logistic regression analysis was performed using SPSS 16.0. Results At birth, birth weight, birth weight, maturity at birth and gender were related to allergic diseases. The incidence of allergic diseases such as parents ’history of parents, educational attainment, smoking history and fathers’ Segment allergic disease incidence is higher. Conclusions Parents’ educational level, exposure to smog environment, low birth weight and premature delivery are the predisposing factors for allergic diseases. Corresponding intervention studies should be carried out.
