实现企业管理由“人治”向“法治”的转变,主要应解决有法可依、有法必依、执法必严、违法必究的问题。为此,应从以下几方面着手.1、在全体职工中进行法制教育法制教育是培养职工的法制意识和组织纪律观念的重要手段.法制教育应包括民主教育和厂规厂纪教育.通过教育,使每个职工了解和熟记有关法律条文和各项规章制度,增强职工的企业主人翁观念、权利和义务观念以及依法办事、有章必循的观念,克服自由散漫状态和无政府主义倾向,为从人治走向法治奠定思想基础.
