为适应现代制造系统向敏捷制造、智能制造发展的趋势 ,当前应研究和开发新一代智能监控和诊断系统 ,提出建立智能监控和诊断系统的全视图模型 ,全面考察其内部信息、知识、智能的组织和运行模式。首先基于分布对象技术 ,给出了智能监控和诊断系统一般概念模型描述 ;然后从“结构 -行为 -知识”三个视图侧面具体考察智能监控和诊断系统 ,全方位、多角度建立了智能监控和诊断系统的结构、行为和知识视图 ,提取出智能监控和诊断系统最本质的智能特征 ,为智能监控和诊断系统相关具体技术的深入研究奠定了基础。
In order to adapt to the trend of agile manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing in modern manufacturing system, a new generation of intelligent monitoring and diagnosis system should be researched and developed.
