目的 研究细胞粘附分子 C D44s( C D44 标准型)及其剪接变异体 C D44v6 在涎腺腺样囊性癌(adenoid cystic carcinom a; A C C)中的表达,探讨 C D44s 和 C D44v6 与 A C C生物学特性之间的关系。方法 采用免疫组化方法对 50 例涎腺 A C C 标本和10 例正常涎腺组织进行 C D44s 和 C D44v6 的检测。结果 (1) C D44s 和 C D44v6 在正常涎腺组织均为阳性表达;在 50 例 A C C 标本中 C D44s 阳性率为 58% (29 例), C D44v6 阳性率为70% (35 例)。(2)涎腺 A C C筛状型、管状型和实体型相比较, C D44s 和 C D44v6 在实体型中表达最差,与其余两组相比较有显著差异( P< 005)。(3)在 22 例术后局部有复发的涎腺腺样囊性癌(adenoid cystic carcinom a; A C C),其原发灶 C D44s 阳性率仅为136% (3/22)。结论 (1) C D44s 及 C D44v6的存在可能与涎腺正常组织结构和功能的维持有关,它们的表达下降或缺失可能和涎腺 A C C肿瘤亚型的分化有关;(2) C D44s 的表达下降?
Objective To study the expression of cell adhesion molecule C D44s (C D44 standard) and its splice variant C D44v6 in adenoid cystic carcinoma (A C C) and to explore the relationship between C D44s and C D44v6 A C C biological characteristics of the relationship between. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect C D44s and C D44v6 in 50 cases of salivary gland A C C specimens and 10 cases of normal salivary gland tissues. Results (1) C D44s and C D44v6 were all expressed in normal salivary glands. The positive rate of C D44s was 58% (29 cases) and the positive rate of C D44v6 was 70% (35 cases) in 50 cases of A C C specimens . (2) Compared with the mesh type of ACC in salivary gland, the expression of C D44s and C D44v6 in solid type was the worst, which was significantly different from the other two groups (P <005). (3) The positive rate of C D44s in primary tumors was only 13.6% (3/22) in 22 cases of locally recurrent salivary adenocarcinoma (A C C). Conclusions (1) The existence of C D44s and C D44v6 may be related to the maintenance of normal tissue structure and function of salivary glands, and the decrease or loss of their expression may be related to the differentiation of salivary A C C tumor subtypes.
