本文应用AEC免疫组织化学方法,阐述了正常人脊髓内P物质的分布,P物质样免疫反应(SPIL)纤维和终末分布在脊髓的全长(颈、胸、腰、骶)各段后角的各个板层,以胶状质的密度最高。在中央灰质也见有少量的SPIL纤维和终末。对比脊髓的四个部分,SPIL的密度在腰骶段较高,颈胸段较低;可依次排列为:骶>腰>颈>胸。在各段的前角未见免疫反应产物。并讨论了P物质在脊髓灰质的痛觉传递中和针刺镇痛中可能起的作用。
In this paper, AEC immunohistochemistry was used to elucidate the distribution of substance P in the normal human spinal cord. The distribution of substance P-like immunoreactivity (SPIL) fibers and terminals in the posterior horn of the whole length of the spinal cord (neck, thoracolumbar, lumbosacral and sacral) The various layers, the highest density of jelly. In the central gray matter also see a small amount of SPIL fiber and terminal.
