一、从教育分类看,传统教育习惯地把教育分成正规教育与非正规教育认为儿童、青少年学校教育是正规教育,成人教育是非正规教育。现在教育界以至整个社会容易产生“重正规教育,轻非正规教育”的偏向,这种传统观念是毫无道理的。其实,从教育起源看先有成人教育,后才有正规教育的。在原始社会里,年长一代向年轻一代传授生产和生活经验,就是非正规教育,而正规教育,是奴隶社会以后才出现的,直到产业革命之后才得到发展。根据20世纪60年代以后,非正规教育迅速发展的情况,在苏联有人主张废除正规教育与非正规教育之分,而代之以基础教育与补充教育。
First, according to the classification of education, traditional education divides education into formal education and non-formal education. It is considered that children and adolescents’ school education is formal education and adult education is non-formal education. Nowadays, the traditional concept of "formal education and non-formal education are easy to produce in the education sector and in society as a whole. This traditional concept is totally unreasonable. In fact, from the point of view of education, there should be adult education before formal education. In the primitive society, the older generation passed on the experience of production and life to the younger generation as non-formal education, whereas formal education emerged after the slave society and did not develop until the industrial revolution. According to the rapid development of non-formal education after the 1960s, some people in the Soviet Union advocated abolishing the distinction between formal education and non-formal education and replacing them with basic education and supplementary education.
