主要研究报业集团采编人员绩效考核方法,在揭露当前被大部分报业集团所普遍应用的数量制考核方式所存在的问题的基础上,提出笔者的构想:导入BSC(平衡计分卡)体系,建立属于采编部门特有的KPI(关键绩效指标),涵盖客户、财务、学习成长和内部流程4大角度。并进一步构建起基于六大维度的采编人员绩效评价,囊括上司、下属、同级同事、相关部门人员,顾客,还有自评。希望能抛砖引玉,为实践提供借鉴。
This paper mainly studies the methods of performance appraisal of the editorial staff of newspaper industry group. On the basis of exposing the existing problems of quantity appraisal mode commonly used by most newspaper groups, this paper proposes the conception of the author: to import the BSC (Balanced Scorecard) system , Establishing a KPI (Key Performance Indicator) that is unique to the coding and editing department and covers four major aspects of customer, finance, learning growth and internal processes. And further build a performance evaluation based on the six dimensions of the editorial staff, including superiors, subordinates, colleagues at the same level, the relevant department staff, customers, as well as self-evaluation. Hope to start a discussion, provide reference for practice.
