国内有关二尖瓣前叶运动速度和幅度的正常值资料早在1964年就有报导,但这方面的材料还很少,所测结果亦不完全一致。正常二尖瓣前叶的运动状况,特别是EF下降速度的测定,是判断有无二尖瓣狭窄的重要指标之一。为此,我们于1976年9月将新近积累的122例拍摄资料加以整理,报告如下。 The domestic data on the normal velocities and amplitudes of anterior mitral valve motion have been reported as early as 1964.
