常压敞开式离子化-离子迁移谱法快速筛查化妆品中3种禁用卤代水杨酰苯胺

目的采用常压敞开式离子化技术结合离子迁移谱技术,建立化妆品中3种禁用卤代水杨酰苯胺的快速筛查方法。方法化妆品样品无需繁琐前处理过程,水剂、唇膏及散粉类化妆品样品直接滴加或涂抹在Grade 3MM型色谱纸上,采用纸喷雾方式进行筛查检测;膏霜及香波类化妆品样品经金属微电极蘸取,采用萃取纳升喷雾方式进行筛查检测。结果 3种禁用卤代水杨酰苯胺的检出限为50μg/kg,离子迁移谱的分析时间小于15 ms。对于疑似阳性样品,进一步采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法进行确证分析。结论该方法简捷、快速、成本低廉,适用于化妆品现场快速筛查。 OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid screening method for 3 halofluoro salicylanilides in cosmetics by atmospheric pressure open ionization combined with ion mobility spectrometry. Methods Cosmetic samples without tedious pretreatment process, liquid, lipstick and loose powder cosmetic samples directly drop or applied to Grade 3MM chromatography paper, the paper spray screening test; cream and shampoo cosmetics samples by metal micro Electrode dipped, using extraction nanoliter spray screening test. Results The detection limits of the three halofluoro salicylamides were 50 μg / kg and the analysis time of ion mobility spectrometry was less than 15 ms. For suspected positive samples, confirmatory analysis was further performed using high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, low cost and suitable for rapid screening of cosmetics.
