采用全年逐时模拟算法,对海南某低温低湿洁净厂房空调冷凝水回收利用的节水效益进行定量分析,并进行了实测验证,分析了不同气候区的气象条件对空调冷凝水回收的节水效益的影响。结果表明:该厂房一年回收的空调冷凝水量为5 870t,在其寿命周期内可节水293 500t,节水效益十分显著;气象条件和室内空调参数要求对空调冷凝水回收的节水效益影响很大,在海南等气候炎热潮湿地区空调冷凝水回收利用的节水效益十分显著,其集中空调系统的空调冷凝水应充分利用;以往常用的空调冷凝水回收量的设计工况单点估算法的误差较大,应采用全年逐时模拟算法进行准确计算。
