通过对再生粗骨料取代率分别为0%、50%、100%的再生混凝土试件进行收缩和徐变试验,研究了再生粗骨料取代率对再生混凝土(RAC)徐变的影响。研究表明:再生混凝土的徐变变化规律与普通混凝土相似,持荷60d时RAC-50%、RAC-100%试件的徐变系数较普通混凝土(NAC)试件分别增加26%、45%,徐变值随再生粗骨料取代率的增加而增加。同时,在普通混凝土、RAC-50%和RAC-100%试件徐变试验结果的基础上,基于ACI209R徐变预测模型,建立了考虑再生粗骨料取代率影响的修正模型,该模型能较好地预测高应力水平下的再生混凝土的徐变,计算精度满足要求。
The effects of recycled coarse aggregate substitution ratio on the creep of recycled concrete (RAC) were studied by shrinkage and creep tests on recycled concrete specimens with 0%, 50% and 100% replacement rates of recycled coarse aggregate respectively. The results show that the regularity of creep of recycled concrete is similar to that of ordinary concrete. The creep coefficients of RAC-50% and RAC-100% specimens increase 26% and 45% respectively as compared with normal concrete (NAC) Creep values increase with increasing replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate. Based on the creep test results of normal concrete, RAC-50% and RAC-100% specimens, a modified model considering the effect of recycled coarse aggregate substitution rate was established based on the ACI209R creep prediction model. Good prediction of creep of recycled concrete under high stress level, the calculation accuracy to meet the requirements.
