现役核电站都面临库存高、备件使用率低的问题,其中的战略备件因其占据企业大量的流动资金,管理矛盾尤为突出。在采购决策阶段就开展控制是降低库存的有效手段。本文构建的战略备件采购决策模型综合考虑了设备故障概率、备件采购成本以及货币时间价值等因素,从经济角度给出战略备件是否要采购以及采购时间的建议。
Active nuclear power plants are faced with the problems of high inventories and low spare parts utilization rate. The strategic spare parts among them occupy a large amount of liquid capital in enterprises and management conflicts are particularly prominent. Control in the procurement decision-making stage is an effective means of reducing inventory. The strategic spare parts purchasing decision-making model constructed in this paper considers the factors such as the equipment failure probability, spare parts purchase cost and the time value of money, and gives the advice on whether the strategic spare parts should be purchased and the purchasing time from the economic point of view.
