研究了PP大长径比笔杆成型工艺参数的精密预测方法。首先,基于噪音比的正交实验设计模型,分别获得单目标(体积收缩率R1,最大轴向变形R2)下的最优工艺参数组合;其次,基于中心组合设计建立响应面函数来表征制件的变形和收缩,通过ANONA分析获得对目标有显著影响和交互作用的因素,并通过Moldflow来验证数学模型的精确性;最后,通过分配权重得到了综合目标的优化组合。结果表明:响应面预测值和Moldflow模拟值的误差在1%以内,充分证明了响应面(RSM)预测模型的准确性,该方法可以在不同的注塑环境得到进一步的推广。
The precision prediction method of PP large aspect ratio pen forming process parameters was studied. First of all, based on the orthogonal experimental design model of noise ratio, the optimal combination of process parameters is obtained under single target (volumetric shrinkage rate R1, maximum axial deformation R2) respectively. Secondly, the response surface function The deformation and the shrinkage of the model were analyzed. The ANONA analysis was used to get the factors that have a significant impact on the target and the interaction between them. Moldflow was used to verify the accuracy of the mathematical model. Finally, the optimal combination of the comprehensive objectives was obtained by assigning weights. The results show that the error of response surface prediction value and Moldflow simulation value is less than 1%, which proves the accuracy of response surface (RSM) prediction model. This method can be further popularized in different injection molding environments.
